We believe every enterprise in Africa should have access to operational software that matches the complexity of their work. We build the tools that mining companies, energy providers, and agricultural operations actually need — not watered-down versions of products designed for Silicon Valley.
Our Approach
We work directly with our clients to understand their operations before configuring anything. Our team has deep experience across mining, agriculture, energy, and technology. We configure Infinity for each industry, not the other way around.
Where We're Headed
We started in Botswana and we are expanding across SADC — Namibia, South Africa, Zambia, Zimbabwe, and Mozambique. Our goal is to become the standard enterprise operations platform for industrial sectors across the continent.
Our Story
We founded Infinity in Gaborone because we watched Botswana companies struggle with the same problem every day: their operations were scattered across spreadsheets, WhatsApp groups, email chains, and five different software subscriptions that never talked to each other.
Mining companies tracked compliance in Excel. Service companies ran jobs on paper. Finance lived in one system, operations in another, and the CEO got a "summary" that was already three weeks old. Meanwhile, the enterprise software on offer was either too expensive (SAP, Oracle), too generic (Salesforce), or too fragile for African infrastructure (anything that needs constant internet).
So we built something different. Not a SaaS with a dashboard bolted on. An actual operating system — one platform that handles operations, finance, people, fleet, training, inventory, sales, and analytics. Everything connected so one action triggers the next. Every change audited and tamper-proof. Everything working offline when the connection drops at a mine site in Jwaneng.
We built financial accuracy safeguards that catch errors before they happen, audit trails that cannot be tampered with, and role-based security that means the CEO sees everything while the field operator sees exactly what they need. Every workflow is automated. Every department is connected.
